SHIPPING INFO

Shipping & Handling Charges

Products in stock ordered by 12:00 noon Australian Eastern Standard Time will shipped within two business days. Backordered products typically ship within 14 days.

Use the chart below to determine the shipping and handling charge for your order. This is the charge for packaging, insurance and shipping within the lower 48 United States. For standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please add $12.50 to the standard shipping & handling charge in the chart below. For standard shipping charges to Canada, refer to the Canadian address section of the shipping & handling chart below.

Expedited Delivery Charges

For expedited delivery within Australia, please add $ 7.50 per astrology order for the first order and $ 5.00 per subsequent order to cover the appropriate shipping & handling charges. Please note that this also includes the hard copy costs to produce your report.

For Delivery Outside Australia

For orders outside Australia please add $8AUD per report.

When will my order ship?

Products in stock ordered by 12:00 noon Australian Eastern Standard Time will shipped within two business days.

If I order two or more items and one is out of stock, will you wait and ship the entire order together when all items are available, or do you ship the in-stock items first and the back-ordered item later?

The in-stock items will ship first, and any backordered items will follow as soon as they are available.


I received the wrong item. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that this happens, please call us at 61 2 95851500 or email orders@astrology.com.au. We'll arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at no charge to you) and see that you get the correct item promptly.

If with an astrology report you receive incorrect information eg birth date, time or place is incorrect, we will verify the order as placed by you to check that the data provided is correct. If your data has been entered correctly the reports will be redone at no extra charge. If you have provided incorrect data and request a re-issue of the report it will be provided at 50% of the initial charge f or that product. If the product is a monthly special, the charge will be at 100%

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard for on-line purchases. We also accept personal checks or money orders in Australia.

For money orders and checks outside Australia there may be an additional fee to cash your check or money order and depending on your bank, additional fees vary. You will be notified of those additional charges via a telephone call by one of our staff prior to your reports being produced.

Billing Address and Delays in Shipping

We will verify that the name and billing address on your order matches the name and address on the credit card account you've provided for payment of your order. If they do not match, your order will be delayed so that we may contact you to receive the correct information. We may also contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order when it is processed.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Please select your order and reports carefully. Calculating and generating your report takes time and costs us time and money in the process. Unfortunately we do not have a returns policy unless we have inadvertently made an error in processing your order.

Global Astrology Network adheres to a strict privacy policy. All information provided is held in confidentiality. Global Astrology Network will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or pass that information on to any third parties, other than those who are contracted to Global Astrology Network without your express written consent. 

Credit card information is among the most sensitive and important data that http://www.astrology.com.au collects. Global Astrology Network operates secure servers to minimize the risk of unauthorized use of such information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted in accordance with the highest standards over the proven EFTPOS network. For obvious reasons, please do not send credit card information through unsecured electronic mail.
