TRANSITING NEPTUNE IN THE NINTH HOUSE--This transit stimulates your interest in higher consciousness and spiritual truth. It rules an energy that comes from a deeper realm of being where there is no ego and no differentiated being. We human beings whose very identity is ego are usually confused with such abstract influences, and this makes it difficult to know what to expect during this transit. Neptune vibrates on a higher plane and a more spiritual level than we are accustomed to. It presents feelings and ideas that blur the distinction of what we have known as reality. We must try to let the new replace the old. The best way, perhaps, is to let ourselves be ignorant, or unlearned, and wait these ideas out until we can become comfortable with them. Under Neptune influences, the consciousness must expand. Perhaps in time, we can begin to understand our true relationship with the Universe, and to see that everything really is one, as Neptune shows. It is not a time to risk one-upmanship, and we must avoid all forms of deceit on our part or the part of others. The use or abuse of drugs as a conscious-expanding activity will only bring negative results in the long run. Through positive prayer and meditation, Neptune often provides a "natural high".
