How safe is it to shop online at www.astrology.com.au?

In the 10 years of operation we have never had one incident of astrology.com.au losing money of it’s clients or fraud perpetrated via our secure commercial system. We use a fully encrypted payment gateway which ensures privacy and safety in your shopping experience.

Order not received

I ordered a report/s from the soulshop but haven’t received my order.

Reports can take up to 48 hours to be prepared and sent. Please check your junk email folder as sometimes orders automatically end up there. If you still have not received the report please click here to send us an email.

 I ordered a reading/consultation from the soulshop but haven’t heard back.

You will be contacted personally for a private face to face or telephone reading. Double check your phone number details if you are waiting after 48 hours. We will email you if contact can’t be made.

My credit card was charged twice

My reading or report was not accurate. Why?

Please bear in mind that with astrological assessments the character traits can often be contradictory to say the least. How you ask? Let me give you a perfect example…. 

In Adolf Hitler’s chart it would show that he is an extremely kind, loving and compassionate man. What? The man who murdered 6 million Jews? Well the truth is that he WAS gentle with animals, relatives and women in particular. Other factors in his chart show he was extremely cruel and wicked. These planetary factors are triggered at different stages of life like hormones at puberty triggering different changes in your body.
